Deepening the Roots of Wellbeing

In the last Session, we explored how to dance with the challenges and opportunities, the risks and the rewards of a life well lived, cultivating the means of inclining toward possibility in all things. In this Session, we turn towards the opportunities for practice that arise as we take action in the world, alone and with others.

By now, you may be starting to feel more alive to possibility, even amid all that can get in the way of growth and positive change. How do we strengthen our capacity for new contact and the actual experience of opening to the present moment? This week we’ll look at just how, with a view toward seeing possibility in all things and being capable of meeting the experiences that engagement brings with greater openness and curiosity.
